1. Once Enrolled, No Refunds
- All payments made (admission fees, course fees, or registration charges) are final and non-refundable.
- Once you book your seat, we immediately allocate trainers, materials, and resources—so refunds or reversals are not possible.
2. If You Drop Out
- If you stop attending the course for any reason—personal, health, or professional—fees will not be refunded or transferred to another batch or student.
- Please ensure you’re fully prepared before confirming your admission.
3. Class Reschedules
- Schedules may change due to trainer availability or institutional needs. In such cases, we will inform you and offer an alternative batch or timing.
- However, refunds will not be given in such situations.
4. Admission Cancellation
- Once your admission is confirmed and payment is made, cancellation will not result in a refund.
- Always review course details, eligibility, and requirements before enrolling.
5. Online & Digital Courses
- For online/live classes, recorded sessions, or digital study material—once access is shared, the fees are considered used and are non-refundable.
- Technical issues, such as poor internet connectivity or device problems on your end, will not qualify for a refund.
6. Unforeseen Situations
- In the event of natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or other unexpected events, classes may be moved online or rescheduled.
- In such cases, too, no refunds will be issued.
7. Student’s Responsibility
- Please go through the course details carefully before making payment.

8. Exceptions
- In sporadic cases, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the institute’s management.
- Such cases will be handled individually and will not apply as a general rule.
