Freelance Business Development Executive (Education Institute – Course Selling)

We are seeking a highly motivated freelance business development executive to help us enroll students in our courses. This is a performance-driven, flexible role suitable for someone who enjoys communication, sales, and guiding students toward the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and pitch our marketing courses to interested learners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable course options.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads provided or self-generated.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until enrollment completion.
  • Meet weekly enrollment targets (flexible and achievable).
  • Maintain basic documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Represent the institute professionally with excellent communication.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Experience in sales, telecalling, BDE, or counseling preferred.
  • Ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing courses (training will be provided).
  • Smartphone + good internet connection.
  • Self-driven and result-oriented personality.
