We are seeking a highly motivated freelance business development executive to help us enroll students in our courses. This is a performance-driven, flexible role suitable for someone who enjoys communication, sales, and guiding students toward the right career path.

Payout: Weekly | 15% commission per enrollment

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and pitch our marketing courses to interested learners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable course options.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads provided or self-generated.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until enrollment completion.
- Meet weekly enrollment targets (flexible and achievable).
- Maintain basic documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Represent the institute professionally with excellent communication.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, BDE, or counseling preferred.
- Ability to handle objections confidently.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing courses (training will be provided).
- Smartphone + good internet connection.
- Self-driven and result-oriented personality.
